Tracy Thueson 

has lived in the Greater Salt Lake City/Provo-Orem area for 27 years and is very familiar with the local real estate market.  In addition to selling residential and commercial properties, Tracy can also offer you her expertise in new constructions, investment properties, land, and leasing.  She is well connected in the local and international community and has an extensive network of clients including home buyers & sellers, investors, and developers, both here in the Utah area and in China, where she grew up.

Tracy has a strong work ethic and a clear vision. She has superb communication, negotiation, marketing & sales and problem-solving skills.  She offers her clients first-class service with extreme attention to detail, and sensitivity to different cultures.  She is creative and effective in connecting buyers and sellers, extremely diligent in following through and going above and beyond for client satisfaction. 

Tracy is the Principal Broker for Realy4U, a company she founded in 2019. Along with being a mother to 3 children she has raised with her husband, she works full-time as an investor, realtor, and business owner. Tracy received her Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Shanghai University in Shanghai, China. She likes to travel with her family domestically and internationally and explore the world whenever they have leisure time.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese.

Rachel Yuet Ching Law 

was born and raised in Hong Kong, but moved to Provo to attend BYU, studying Microbiology. While at BYU, Rachel met her husband, and they are parents of 3 wonderful children. She has lived in Utah for 18 years, and is proud to call Utah her home. As a longtime resident of Utah, Rachel has a unique understanding of the rapidly changing real estate environment in Utah. When she is not helping her clients find their dream homes, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family with outdoor activities, reading a good sci-fi/fantasy novel, playing piano, and eating good food.

Rachel is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

David A. Dayton Ph.D. 


and his family have lived in Utah for more than 25 years and he currently lives in Provo with his wife Jessica, their 6 children and 2 grandchildren also live locally. David loves working with his wife and together they have worked as entrepreneurs, business owners, and realtors in Utah, Florida, and China. David is a certified executive coach, he has an MBA and a PhD, and teaches Business Anthropology and Doing Businesses in China at UVU. David likes to relax by reading, hiking, running triathlons, eating chocolate, spending time in Thailand, and spoiling his grandchildren.


David speaks Thai and Mandarin fluently.
